We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all domestic orders under $70. All orders of $70.00 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Currently, we only sell and ship within the United States.
Yes. You have a 24-hour window from the moment of purchase to cancel your order or request changes (such as updating your shipping address, size, or style). Please email support@statesidecraft.com immediately with your order number. Once 24 hours pass, your order enters our active embroidery queue and can no longer be edited or canceled.
